a sauna + ELDOA method reset
Saturday, April 26 | 10:00 – 11:00 AM at SWEATSCAPE
For people with back pain who need relief that lasts.
This 60-minute experience combines deep heat and the ELDOA Method to decompress your spine, relieve tension, and help you move easier and pain-free again
what you’ll experience
A structured session that alternates between therapeutic heat and guided movement:
10 minutes in the sauna to warm and loosen the body
10 minutes of ELDOA Method postures to create space between your vertebrae and improve spinal alignment
Repeated three rounds for deep, lasting results
The ELDOA Method is a precise, science-based system of stretches designed to create space in your spine and joints—especially where there’s compression, tension, or pain.
Each posture:
Improves overall posture and spinal alignment
Creates space within joints, reducing compression on nerves and discs
Enhances mobility and prevents degenerative conditions
Strengthens deep stabilizing muscles for better movement mechanics
By decompressing and realigning your spine, ELDOA helps alleviate pain, optimize joint health, and promote long-term musculoskeletal wellness.
The ELDOA Method
WHAT IS
why combine it with sauna?
The sauna isn’t just for relaxation—it’s a tool to supercharge your body’s recovery and mobility.
When used before and during ELDOA:
It increases blood flow and warms your fascia and muscles
It helps your body move more freely into each posture
It reduces inflammation and speeds up tissue recovery
It relaxes the nervous system, so you can stretch more deeply and hold longer
By combining the ELDOA Method with cycles of sauna heat, you get faster, more effective results.
who is this for?
Busy people with nagging back pain or or those who feel stiff, slouched or run down
Lifters and athletes with tightness and spinal compression
Anyone who wants a non-invasive way to feel better and move better
You don’t need to be flexible or experienced. Just show up ready to feel lighter and move better.

This isn’t passive stretching. ELDOA uses specific positions to target individual joints and decompress your spine in a way most stretching doesn’t. Combined with sauna, it’s a powerful reset designed for real results—especially for people who sit, lift, or carry a lot of stress.
-
The ELDOA Method is a series of postures designed to create space in the spine and relieve joint compression. It’s a targeted technique that helps reduce back pain, improve posture, and increase mobility—especially when paired with sauna therapy.
-
We recommend bringing a water bottle and yoga mat if you have them. Don’t worry—extras will be available if you don’t.. You’ll get pretty sweaty so feel free to bring a change of clothes for after.
-

The goal of the workshop is for the heat of the dry sauna to amplify the effect of the ELDOA postures. We do not want to stitch or contract our muscles while they’re cold.
