Here’s how a 60 minute session at SWEATSCAPE works

Check into your private sauna suite, meet your sauna guide, and change into your bathing suit (most people wear bathing suits, or loose fitting, clean gym clothes).


Step into the sauna and embrace the sweat. How long you spend varies person to person depending on your tolerance to the heat. Your guide will explain the best places to sit, how to make löyly, offer aromatherapy options and check in with you throughout the session. Scientists recommend 15 minutes in the sauna, but be sure to listen to your body.


Step out of the sauna and head to the cold plunges where your guide will be waiting to coach you through your first time.


Rest, re-hydrate, and repeat. Grab some water, tea, or electrolytes to re-hydrate and give your body some rest before you start the cycle over again.
